If you don't focus on the hair, you're really jealous! Our campsite was down by the ocean - about my eye level.
I've quit my current life to travel with 8 strangers across the US, from Oregon to Virginia on our bicycles.

Great news !...I'm sure you were very relieved to have day #1 behind you. Losing those "starting" jitters now allows you to settle-in and ride more comfortably....Flat !? How many more flats can you have before I get a call to "come pick me up" ?
Suggestion: Any time you mention a place you're in, or have passed through, tell what state it's in. We're not that familiar with anything west of the Mississippi.
Till next blog...BLUE SKIES !
Great Paul, it almost feels like you are halfway done. Keep up the good work and glad you are off on the right foot.

Sorry buddy, but there will be lots of *sighs* from me as I live somewhat vicariously through you on all of this.
Have fun. Be safe. And kudos on the pics. Keep them coming.
It sounds amazing allready!
Could you please haul some blocks of cheese out to Colorado, Tillamook is my favorite. Sharp Cheddar.
Wish I was there it looks beautiful.
Peace, blue skies, and safe riding,
Ashley Kay
Beautiful campsite Paul! The perfect place to rest after the perfect ride. I'm happy you're enjoying yourself and your ride - success!
I'll trade you a few of our blue skies for a drizzly afternoon any day :)
